Is it really free?

Yes. Every feature on this page is free for every middle school and high school student. No credit card, no "premium tier" that locks the good stuff, no time-limited trial.

Do I need permission from my parents?

If you're 13 or older, you can sign up directly with an email address. If you're 12 or under, sign-up pauses and we email a parent or guardian to verify before activating your account — that's a COPPA requirement, not us being nosy.

What subjects are covered?

Math (pre-algebra through calculus), science (life science, physical science, biology, chemistry, physics), history / social studies (US history, world history, civics, economics, geography), English / language arts (reading, writing, grammar, literature), and computer science. We'll add electives — art history, music theory, foreign languages — through the rest of Year 1.

Does it work on a Chromebook? An iPad? My phone?

Yes, all of them. It's a web app — works in any modern browser. The session view is optimized for tablets and phones too.

Will my teacher know what I'm doing?

Only if your teacher uses AccelaStudy AI Classroom and you join their class. If you sign up on your own, your account is private to you and (optionally) a linked parent.
